At Sweet Cones & Candy Floss, we process all orders in the order as they arrive. We aim to complete each order within 1-2 days (unless otherwise stated) excluding Sundays & Mondays.
We require at least 3 days notice for sweet cones orders.
We use Royal Mail or DPD as our main courier services. Royal Mail aim to deliver your orders within the Next Day. You will however, always be notified by email or phone when your delivery will take place.
DPD Delivery is usually delivered within Next Working Day (including Saturdays).
Please allow extra time for your delivery, from the time we post your order.
