It's become apparent that some deliveries are being delivered a day or two late after we've posted them e.g.; Royal Mail 24hrs service, which aims to deliver in the next 24hrs is being delivered within 48hrs or so. You may of noticed that in your sweet cones and sweet orders. we used to include lollipops within your cones and may have noticed we have taken them out and replaced them with sweets. The reason for this is, because I have read in a few news articles that lollipops can be dangerous. You don't even have to be eating a lollipop, even unwrapping a lollipop can cause harm. When I mean harm, I'm talking about lollipops coming off the stick and causing a choking hazard. So, we have taken the decision, with immediate affect to do sweet cones and sweet orders without the use of lollipops. We don't have many lollipops in stock, but those that we do will...

Here at Sweet Cones & Candy Floss, we aim to complete your orders as and when they come in. In most cases, we use Royal Mail.  Royal Mail are a reputable and reliable service.  Express Royal Mail service is a fully tracked 24 hours delivery service. Royal Mail will aim to deliver your parcels within 24 hours.  If you select Standard delivery, this is also a tracked service, but will be done by Royal Mail 48 hrs (2-3 working days).
