Shipping policy

Please give us as much notice as possible if your request personalised item/s.

All orders are processed within 1-3 days, unless you've requested them sooner. 

At Sweet Cones & Candy Floss, we've made our delivery charges as simple as possible. We use Royal Mail to deliver our orders.

In the event that your not at home, Royal Mail will deliver your parcel in a location that will be seen as a Safe place or to a neighbour, unless otherwise stated. 

In the unlikely event that Royal Mail have stated that they have delivered your parcel and shown proof of delivery, please contact us and we will try and contact Royal Mail on your behalf. 

If you believe your parcel has been stolen, please contact the Police to report the theft. 

Unfortunately, we won't be able to refund you, but will instead issue with store credit, up to the value of your purchase. 

Both Standard & Express delivery are Tracked Services. 

For larger/heavier orders, we'll use DPD. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days, but we will always notify you by email or phone.

We DON'T operate a CLICK N COLLECT service.
